    Plain tea without adding anything, infusing in pure hot water until you get your favorite taste (01-03 minutes). light tea to strong tea you can enjoy its real, delicious taste & aroma.

    It is also good with milk added as per your desire, and to prepare iced tea, after infusing, separate the tea by using a strainer and keep it in the fridge. Then, before serving, add some lemon slices to it. It would give a delicious taste. Also recommended with Ginger, Vanilla, or Cinnamon as per your desired flavor.

    What it Contains 

    The combination of caffeine and L-theanine in black tea leads to a state of calm and awareness, reducing anxiety and relaxing brain activity.

    Health Benefits:

    The antioxidant and the anti-inflammatory compounds found in black tea, reduce the risk of memory loss and inflammation of brain cells largely. Consumption of black tea is also known to reduce the risk of progressive disorders associated with memory loss such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease and can be especially beneficial for individuals with the APOE e4 gene, which is known as the main risk factor that roots to develop Alzheimer’s disease.

    As for home remedies, tannins, an ingredient found in black tea are found to reduce inflammation, and black tea mixed with honey has long been used as a home remedy for sore throats.
