Ganesh mask represents the Hindu God of intelligence named ‘Ganeshwara”. It is made out of natural Balzac wood. This mask represents one of the most powerful and strongly worshiped gods by both Sinhalese & Hindus. The artists who do carvings highlight the most remarkable features of God using their talents & skills. These handmade masks are found in different sizes and representations. This type of mask is not used in traditional stage dramas but as good souvenirs and as artistic decorations with respect. The golden greenish color gives it an antic look.
