Roasted curry powder is recommended for meat & fish dishes to have mouthwatering taste and tempting smell & color and it is a mixture of eight to nine important spices. Add 01-03 (depends on the quantity of your curry pot) tea spoons to your meat or fish  pot and stir well  a few minutes before removing from the fire to have better aroma with taste .
